LAKE TAHOE

In frame is very realistic painting of a part of a view of Lake Tahoe.
Lake Tahoe is one of the larger fresh water lake in Sierra Nevada
Mountains, stradding the border of California and Nevada.

Materials Required :

1 Canvas (16*16) inch.

paint brush.

Teal green, ochre yellow, dark green, turquoise blue,black,sea blue, white acrylic colour’s.

Mandala dot art tools.

Any circular object / a compass.

steps one can follow(if needed) :

First take a plain canvas and tape it if you want a border or give a wash to the canvas with blue on the top and
the other half colour with sea blue and let it dry.

After that sketch the montains and trees and stones.

After that paint the montains first with black and then shade with white.

Then start painting the grass with green and the give little dab of black to give a bit bush type effect.

Then start painting the trees on both the sides and then with brown just make a thick line with brown
colour and then add little white colour line to show the reflection clearly.

Then paint some stones with grey so that it looks under water and let it dry.

After that shade some of the stones with light ochre yellow colour and let it dry.

After that give some wave effects on the bottom part with white colour to give the effect of waves as done in the painting above.
